Return, Refunds, and Cancellation
You agree to follow the Dispute Resolution Policy to resolve any concerns regarding the quality of the work that you obtain on our website. The dispute procedure can be started by clicking on the dispute button on the order page.
The dispute and refund terms are as follows:
No grade is guaranteed by us. Poor ratings are not a sufficient ground for reimbursement unless the company decides as per the quality control management. Before we submit your work to your university, we ask you to verify it so that it fulfils your quality criteria. The company will refund only when the criteria are not followed, and instructions are poorly adhered. We have a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism at the company. We ensure that the work will be original, and work may only be cancelled if the deadline is not met, the instructions are not followed, and the writing quality does not meet the acceptable standards (poor English, poor grammar, and lack of subject clarity).
